A short, honest privacy notice for the Appoint Me waitlist.

Appoint Me is a product of GK Tools Ltd, a UK company. This page explains what happens to your details if you join the waitlist at appointme.com — nothing more is collected anywhere else on this site.

What we collect

Just your email address, and — only if you choose to fill them in — a handful of optional details about your business: things like your business name, the type of business you run, roughly how many bookings you take, how many locations and staff you have, what you currently use for booking, what you pay for it, and a link to your current booking page. Every field beyond your email is entirely optional, and you can leave all of it blank.

Why we collect it

To let you know when Appoint Me launches and to give waitlist members early access. The optional details genuinely help us — they shape what we build before a single line of the product ships. We don't use anything you tell us for advertising, and we don't build a profile of you beyond this.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent. By submitting the waitlist form, you're agreeing to be contacted about Appoint Me's launch. You can withdraw that consent at any time — see "How to be removed" below.

Who sees it

Your details are used by GK Tools Ltd to run the waitlist and get in touch about launch. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until Appoint Me launches, plus a reasonable window afterwards to follow up with early-access invitations — or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

How to be removed

Email hello@appointme.com and ask us to delete your details. We'll do it promptly and let you know once it's done.
