Appoint Me is a product of GK Tools Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16434833), registered office 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4BS. These terms cover your use of this pre-launch site and the waitlist. They are short on purpose — the product itself is not available yet, and its own terms will apply when it launches.

What this site is

A pre-launch page describing a booking system we are building, with a form to join the waitlist. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and no service is being provided yet. Features, pricing and timing described here are our current intentions and may change before launch.

Joining the waitlist

Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It means we will email you about Appoint Me's launch and early access. You can ask to be removed at any time and we will delete your details — see the privacy notice.

Please use your own email address, and don't submit anyone else's details or anything unlawful, misleading or offensive. We may remove entries that look automated or abusive.

Accuracy

We try to keep this page accurate, but we give no guarantee that it is complete or current, and we may change or withdraw it at any time. It is not advice.

Our content

The Appoint Me name, logo, text and design on this site belong to GK Tools Ltd. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, and because this site is informational and free to use, we are not liable for any loss arising from relying on it or from it being unavailable.

If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own local courts.
