A hygienist and a dentist both free at ten is no use with one surgery. Appoint Me tracks rooms as well as people and offers a time only when a clinician and a surgery are both free. Patients never see the rooms.

Is this a dental practice management system?
No. It is an online booking system: appointments, deposits, reminders and a patient account. Clinical records stay in your practice software.
Can patients choose their dentist?
Yes, or "No preference" for the first free appointment with any clinician who offers that appointment type.
Can it avoid booking two patients into one surgery?
Yes. Rooms are tracked as well as clinicians, and a time is offered only when both are free.
Can I take a deposit for a consultation?
Yes. A fixed amount or a percentage, with your own cancellation policy shown at booking.
Do patients get reminders?
Yes. An email confirmation when they book and an email reminder before the appointment.
Can it remind patients when a check-up is due?
Yes. Switch on a recall for a service, say every six months after a check-up, and each patient gets an email when it is time to book again, unless they already have one booked. It is off until you switch it on for that service.
