Online booking for barbershops
A barber booking system for shops that run on fifteen-minute slots
A skin fade, a beard trim and a kids' cut are short, exact and back to back. Appoint Me keeps the diary tight: clients pick their barber or the next free chair, book in four taps, and a deposit, if you take one, stops the Saturday no-shows.
£50/mo per business · +£40 per extra location · every feature · 0% commission, ever

What a barber booking system has to get right
-
Short slots, no gaps you did not plan
Set each service's real length — a 20-minute cut, a 10-minute beard trim, a 45-minute cut and shave — so the diary offers exact times and the chair is never left idle by a slot that was longer than the job. A buffer between bookings is yours to set. Buffer time between appointments explains the trade-off.
-
Their barber, or the next free chair
Regulars book the barber who knows their fade. Walk-up customers who have moved online just want the soonest slot: "No preference" gives them the first free chair across the whole team.
-
Cut and beard in one booking
A cut with a beard tidy is one visit, booked once, with both services' time blocked in the diary. No double booking a second slot by hand.
-
A deposit that stops the Saturday no-show
A small fixed deposit on a Saturday slot changes behaviour more than any reminder. Take no deposit, a percentage or a fixed amount, with your own cancellation policy shown when they book. How to take deposits for appointments.
-
Reminders and rebooking from the phone
Every booking gets a confirmation and an email reminder. The client's booking page lets them move or cancel within your policy and add it to their calendar.
-
Who is working today
Each barber has their own hours and days off. Clients see who is in before they book, so a regular is not offered a chair their barber is not sitting at.
-
Loyalty that is not a paper card
Loyalty points build up as clients come back and can be spent on a future cut. Gift cards sell from your booking page for the Christmas rush.
-
Two chairs or two shops
Add a second shop when you open one, with its own hours and team. See the diary per shop or across both.
Built for barbers
The parts barbers use most.
Every feature is in every plan. These are the ones barbershops reach for first; the help centre explains each one.
-
Walk-in queue Customers scan a QR code, join the queue and follow their place on their phone. You start them from the Diary. Off until you switch it on.
-
The Diary Your day on one screen, with a column for each person. Drag a booking to move it, and every screen updates at once.
- Walk-ins Book someone who has just walked in, with today's next free time filled in and no email address needed.
-
A named person, or anyone free Customers choose who they see or take the earliest time. A senior can charge more than a junior for the same service.
-
Loyalty points Customers earn points on completed visits and spend them on a later deposit. You set the rate. Off until you switch it on.
-
Recurring bookings Book the same time every week, or every few weeks, in one go. The customer gets one email with every date.
