Priced by dog size, timed by coat
A Full Groom can be 90 minutes and £48 for a small dog, or 150 minutes and £72 for a large one. Set the sizes as options on one service, each with its own price and length. Owners see a "from" price, choose their dog's size, and the diary keeps the right amount of time.

The groomer they trust, or anyone available
A nervous dog does best with the same hands every time, so owners can book the groomer they know. Anyone else can choose "No preference" and take the first free slot across the team.

A bath and a nail clip in one booking
Owners can add more than one service to a visit and book it once, with all the time blocked together in the diary. No second booking to add by hand.

"Who's it for?" holds the dog's name
Owners type the dog's name when they book, so the booking says Bella rather than only her owner. There is a notes box for temperament or allergies, so you know about the nervous one before they come through the door.

Reminders and rebooking
Every booking gets a confirmation and an email reminder. Owners can move or cancel from their own booking page within your rules. For the dogs who need doing every six weeks, you can switch on a "due again" email for each service and set a repeat booking from the diary.

Who is working today
Each groomer has their own hours and days off. Owners only see times when the groomer they picked is in.

When the diary is full
Owners can join your waitlist for a day. When a time comes free, it is kept for one person until the time in their email, then offered to the next, so a cancellation does not stay empty.

Going out in a van? Turn on visits to the customer: owners give their address when they book, and the travel time to them is kept free in your diary. Opening a shop, or a second one? Add it with its own hours and team, and see the diary per shop or across both.

Can prices change with the dog's size?
Yes. One service can have small, medium and large options, or any others you name, each with its own price and length.
Can I allow longer for a big coat?
Yes. Each option has its own length, and you can add a buffer between bookings for cleaning down.
Do I pay per booking?
No. A monthly price, unlimited groomers and bookings, 0% commission.
Can I move from my current app?
Yes. Send us your exports and we rebuild your clients and diary for free, and you check it before anyone is told.
Will I lose the new customers a marketplace sends me?
You'll stop getting new customers through their marketplace, because there's no marketplace here. Your page promotes only you. Your own clients come with you, and you change the booking link on your Google profile, Facebook and Instagram so new customers find your page. We take no commission on any booking.
