Two therapists free at three o'clock is no use with one treatment room. Appoint Me tracks rooms as well as therapists and offers a time only when a suitable room and a therapist are both free. Guests never see the rooms; your diary does.

A Thai massage is one treatment at three lengths and three prices. Give the service its options instead of three menu entries, and let a senior therapist charge more for the same hour.

A massage followed by a facial is one visit: the guest adds both, checks out once, and the diary blocks the right room for the full time.

Deposits for long slots
A 90-minute slot that no-shows costs more than a haircut does. Take a percentage or a fixed amount at booking, with your cancellation policy in your own words shown before they confirm. Deposits go to your own account.

Reminders, calendar and reviews
A confirmation and an email reminder before the visit; a booking page where the guest can move or cancel within your policy and add it to their calendar; a request for a review afterwards.
