Initial assessment and follow-up, as different things
Each appointment type has its own length and price, and each practitioner offers the ones they do. A 60-minute first visit and a 30-minute follow-up sit in the diary as what they are.

Rooms as well as practitioners
Three physios and two treatment rooms: the diary offers a time only when a practitioner and a room are both free. Patients never see the rooms.

A named practitioner, or the first free
Patients book the practitioner who treated them last, or "No preference" for the soonest appointment. Sessions, days off and holidays per practitioner decide what is shown; patients can see who is working before they choose.

Deposits for first appointments
A deposit on an initial assessment protects an hour you cannot resell at short notice. A fixed amount or a percentage, with your cancellation policy in your own words at booking.

Reminders, changes and reviews
A confirmation and an email reminder before the visit. The patient's booking page lets them move or cancel within your policy, add the appointment to their calendar, and leave a review afterwards.

Patients can keep an account that shows every appointment with your clinic, or book as a guest.

Yes. Each appointment type has its own length and price, and each practitioner offers the ones they do.
Can patients choose their practitioner?
