Getting started
Set up your business in Appoint Me: a location with opening hours, your services and your team. Your booking page goes live once your first month is paid.
When you would use it
Use this guide on your first day, or whenever you want to check that nothing is missing before you share your booking link.
How to set it up
- Sign up with your business name, your own name, your email address, a password and your country. The country sets your currency and timezone, and you can change both later.
- Pay for your first month. Your booking page stays offline until the subscription is paid. Until then, Overview shows Your booking page is not live yet with a button to Activate in Billing.
- Open Overview. The Finish setting up list shows what is left to do: Add your first service, Add a location, Add a practitioner and Set your opening hours.
- Go to Locations, enter your address and add your Opening hours. Nothing at a location can be booked until it has opening hours.
- Add what you offer under Services, and the people who do the work under Practitioners.
- Open Business to check your contact details, your Theme and your Customer-facing language.
- On Overview, find Your booking page and use Copy link or Share. Put the link on your website, your social media profiles and your messages.
What your customers see
Customers see nothing until your page is live. After that, your link opens your own booking page, which shows only your business and never another one.
Examples from different trades
- Driving instructorSet one location with your lesson hours, add a one-hour and a two-hour lesson as two options of one service, and text the link to new pupils.
- Dog groomerAdd the grooming room as your location, list grooms by size of dog, and put the booking link in your Instagram profile.
- TutorAdd yourself as the only practitioner, set your evening hours, and send the link to parents at the start of each term.
